My experience was excellent!
The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and his assistants as well.
Dr Berard explained the situation with me and gave the necessary information to help me make the best decisions to move forward. I would highly recommend Dr Berard for his professionalism and providing the time necessary to answer my questions and concerns.

Dr. Berard has been my primary doctor for nearly 20 years. He is a doctor whom you can talk easily and a good listener. He knows wide variety of institutions and doctors to send me for the problems I have. When he finds any problems from the results of the physical tests I took, he immediately contacts me, and suggest the solutions. He also follow-ups. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Berard is outstanding, his staff are also good. Zoc Doc however is a huge disappointment. The office never received information from Zoc Doc, they did not have a record of my appointment.'Luckily they could accommodate me - I will not use Zoc Doc again.

I've had Dr. Berard since I was a kid. He is a
kind and caring human being. He listens, makes recommendations, will work with you in finding a solution, will tell you what he thinks, and will refer you out to a specialist when needed. He is the one doctor I feel I could talk to about anything. His deamnor is something you just don't find nowadays. As far as his office staff Julie and Tiffany, absolutely incredible and wonderful. I'm so thankful they made the decision to come over to the new practice. They both have wonderful personalities, and I actually enjoy seeing the both of them when I come in for an appt.
I never fear if I have a request or need something, not only do they not forget, they are on top of it. All in all a fantastic office. If your looking for a quick fix doctor, he is probably not the one for you. If your looking for a doctor who truly cares, listens, and will answer every question you may have, Dr. Berard would be a perfect match. You never feel like your being rushed out the door. This bunch always puts a smile on my face.
