I liked Dr. Feinstein. He was very thorough, making quite sure to explain everything that he was doing so that I understood. I appreciate that in a provider. I was in and out within one hour. I would highly recommend Dr. Feinstein.

Dr. Feinstein is an excellent optometrist; however, I have a major issue with the scheduling method this office uses. I made an appointment for 9:15am. I received a reminder call and I was told to be in on time because I was the first patient of the day. When I arrived at 9:05 am, I was told to sign in, BUT the patients were received according to who signed the list first, NOT BY A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I waited over an hour and I was seen at 10:38am. Way too long of a wait for a "scheduled appointment". The selection of eyeglasses through my insurance (UnitedHeathcare) is very limited. I was shown about 24 eyeglasses that were all the style and were better suited for small children-not adults. The eyeglasses were very small.

My visit was pleasant one. The assistant were very nice. Dr. Feinstein was very nice. I was given a very thorough exam. He explained every step as he went. He paid special attention to my being a diabetic.I would highly recommend Dr. Feinstein to other people. I have alreadly told others about beig able to use Zocdoc to make appt. Love it!!!!
