Doctor is very friendly. We got to see him almost right away, but the front desk staff not so friendly or accommodating.

I didn’t have the visit. My appointment was “pending” and their office never called me to confirm the appointment.

I was unhappy that he took more than an hour talking about other things and 10 seconds about my skin problems

Not impressed at all. In fact, a little scared. Would never let this guy do anything to my skin.

He came in late huffing & puffing. Didn’t wear a white coat over his clothes. The bottom button of his shirt was open and his stomach was hanging out. He cut something off my face and I had to tell him I was bleeding—it was horrible!!

**i made an appointment on Zocdoc and when I didn’t receive a confirmation, I called the office. After several attempts at trying to get ahold of someone, the receptionist said “oh we don’t do bookings on that website anymore.” I let that go and they honored the appointment time that I’d ‘booked’ online. Dr Freed is a great doctor and was very knowledgeable. He’s straight forward and no-nonsense, though not at all rude. :)
But the front office employees were unorganized and quite unprofessional. They were pleasant while I was in the office but on the phone....well, that’s a whole other thing. I kept getting the runaround about getting biopsy results (from the front desk, not the doctor) and they offered absolutely no help when the results weren’t sent back from the lab. Additionally, I was told my calls would be returned on multiple occasions and I ended up having to call the office myself—at least 5 times...I couldn’t get an answer or voicemail and a few times I got a busy signal. Whenever I would leave a voicemail, no one bothered to call me back. Again, I had to call them over and over.
I finally did get the results after I explained I’d been waiting 2 weeks and that I just needed to know what was going on. The receptionist put me on hold and Dr Freed gave me the results. He seemed to be a bit peeved but I doubt he knew the full extent of what I’d gone through with the front desk. I’d see him again but I just wish the front office was better.

I Read Reviews And I got skeptical about seeing and coming back.
but I'm going to try this 3 step treatment he has me on with the soap and pills and bleach I have to put on my face at night so if it works within the 1 month I have to come back then I will use him for my regular use him as. my dermatologist.

We arrived there and they had us fill out papers and then stuck us in a room. We waited there for 30 minutes then asked the receptionist and she got mad and sad "there's nothing I can do but remind him, I stayed for you guys and I shouldn't have". We then continued waiting for the doctor for over an 1 and a half. He was talking about world war 2 the whole time...

This doctor was not patient at all and I felt rushed the entire time he was seeing me and in the end, regretted my decision to move forward with a procedure to remove a mole. He laughed at my questions like when I asked if a mole looked at risk for cancer. Seriously, he laughed and asked me "Well, what do you think?". I went to the doctor to get an expert's opinion, if I wanted to self-diagnose, I would have stayed home. Important note: I'm a young woman with medi-cal (state insurance). In this case, I couldn't help but wonder if Doctor Freed would have treated another (wealthier or older) client the same.

Dr. Freed wasted 55 minutes of my time chit chatting about current affairs and then spent 30 seconds looking at my condition. I have been battling a chronic dermatitis issue for 6 months and Dr. Freed never gave it any concern. I had photos of how severe the condition was and he wanted no part of the photos. He is incompetent as a dermatologist, do yourself a favor and find a REAL doctor.

Very happy I started at this office. Dr Freed is very nice and staff. I had some moles removed by Dr Sanchez and she was amazing. Gental and made me very comfortable. I did not even feel the proceedure. I do recommend this office for any skin issues.

When I arrived and was waiting the the lobby he was behind the lobby door talking about how Democrats "walk around with their hands out" talking about political matters, especially in an offensive way in unacceptable. Then, once seen he took a test with the usual burning needle/drill type device. It was the most painful thing I have ever felt and he was nothing but completely cold and rude about it. When he later called me to confirm I dd indeed need a skin cancer procedure he said we would be using the same device to remove it.
This ended up being a ver serious procedure where I was seen under another Doctors care for the Mohs procedure. So thankful I did not go back to him and let him touch my face which would have inevitable lead to horrible pain and scarring. I will NEVER see this Dr. again and would steer anyone clear of him.

I absolutely disappointed! It was just terrible. I came into the room, the doctor came 2 min later, and ask me, why I came here. I have a big acne problem on my back, and he even didn't want to take a look on it. My appointment was around 1 minute. He give me prescription of some medicine and he told me coming back in 1 month. Never again. Absolutely unprofessional. Guys, don't waist you time and money .

It wasn't the doctor so much as the rest off the staff. One of the ladies was texting while she was supposed to be looking up my records.

Dr freed was the most unprofessional, disgusting, uneducated, rude, impatient, and unconcerned dr I've ever been to in my life. He and the receptionists were yelling across the whole office about things they needed to do such as getting a Pts script, putting more paper towels in the rooms, etc. Then you overheard them talking badly about patients and the receptionists continuously asking if it's time to go yet. They obviously couldn't wait to get out of there. Once the doctor came in, he walked in quickly, without even introducing himself and says " ok so what's up"? As if he didn't even care to hear my answer. As soon as I showed him the lesions on my skin, he said oh I'll tell you what this is honey, left the room, got a book, brought the book in the office and threw it down and says " this is your problem, I can't help you, you got a couple screws loose or somethin, this is in your head, your making it happen" showing me an article about neurotic excoriations. I let him know that there is very clearly a problem, something going on with my skin, I let him know I work for a cosmetic dermatologist down the street in Beverly hills and was recommended to see a skin dermatologist who could actually help with this since my dr does purely cosmetic procedures, also that friends/family/ co workers have seen the lesions and what comes out of my skin, not from my doing, that come he laughed and said that the dr I work for is a joke, they've been sued a million times for claiming that they are dermatologists, what a joke, first of all, there is only one dr, and the office is one the most prominent and successful offices in Southern California. Dr freed then said he recommended for me and whoever else telling me that I need a dr should all go to see a therapist" as he walked out the door and proceeded to laugh and talk to the girls at the front desk about me, the dr's office I work for, and said that I'm crazy. Wow. What a disappointing visit. I have never felt this way going into an office and felt so confused walking out, I didn't know whether to laugh, cry, or if I should tell him off, so instead I set the book he threw down on the receptionists desk, politely said thank you and walked away. I will never be back there again and I suggest if you really want to be seen by a doctor, DO NOT COME HERE.

Well, it's cool, mine expectations were like zillow, meaning this website is where I found out about treatment that I need, and bottom line I didn't get medical attention, it would be easier to recieve service from Dr. Freed, however this objective wasn't meet, the explanation and circumstances were fairly rhetoric. I hope to see a doctor regarding dermatology consultation, but besides that Beverly Hills is a location! It's nice environment
P.s. Information I could get over phone, I came there to not waste time? So I hope that my insurance was billed receptionist ask to see my I.d. Idk I just wanted the dr. Tell me I ain't got Ebola or sum ish like that

He was awesome, very friendly and relaxed. He gets you in and out very quick, and even does procedures quickly and almost effortlessly, but so well. He took off two of my moles and had me out the door in under 12 minutes, starting from walking in the door.
