If you are queer or trans or lgbtq+ person who has put off seeing a medical professional because you were nervous about the in-person experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Pun enough. She was knowledgeable and kind. Her staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable to voice my nerves and concerns in her office. Sometimes I have felt like I'm a specimen in a doctor's office, especially after receiving gender affirming care, but Dr. Pun made me feel like a person and a patient. Thank you!

I was really wary about using Zocdoc to find a provider, but my experience with Dr. Puh was amazing! She listened carefully to my skin goals, asked thoughtful questions, and repeated everything back to ensure full understanding. Within 5 minutes, she diagnosed a skin condition I’ve dealt with my whole life and clearly explained my treatment options. Dr. Puh gave extremely useful professional advice without pressuring me into anything.
The nurse was just as helpful, thoroughly walking me through prescription instructions and next steps.
The appointment was quick, seamless, and never felt rushed. Everyone was so friendly, and the office was spotless with a super nice lobby. Highly recommend!

The new patient registration process at the front desk was incredibly smooth thanks to the iPad. The doctor I saw had excellent communication skills.
