This office was incredibly dirty and very unorganized. Honestly I felt very uncomfortable being there by myself because I got a bit of a creepy vibe in there. I felt more like I was in a dirty apartment than an eye doctor. I was intending to get a contact fitting but decided to go somewhere else after I did the eye exam with him. I should also note that he used his teenage son as his assistant and allowed him to run the machines during my exam. I understand wanting to create a family business but this felt very unprofessional and he also did not ask if I was okay with it. I'm assuming the boy is not a certified to be administering these tests and I would've said no if I had been asked. For something like my eyesight, I would like to receive care in a MUCH more professional and cleaner setting.

I booked my first appointment 1-2 weeks in advance. I got a call from the office one day before I was supposed to go in asking me to reschedule. They said that my appointment time was too late for the doctor.
