I cannot find the words to express how great Dr.Kaplan is. He was an excellent communicator. I was nervous for my appointment, which I believe he saw, and he took the time to check in, ask how I was doing. I didn’t feel like I was rushed and perhaps most importantly I felt seen, understood and heard. I will recommend him to my my closest family members. Thanks so much Dr!

Delivered diagnosis in a very nonchalant way to ease starting treatment quickly which felt very rushed. This is without taking into consideration the whole picture of what’s going on. Definitely get a second and third opinion somewhere else before accepting any treatment.

Dr. Kaplan and his staff were amazing. Nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaplan has great bedside manner. He's funny, but serious when needed. He came in and immediately showed off his Dungeons and Dragons socks which defused any nervousness I had. He listened to all of my concerns and was extremely thorough when asking me questions about my pain. He immediately had me do bloodwork to make sure their were no immediate issues that needed to be addressed. He was kind and apologized during the exam (where he had a nurse come in to make sure I was comfortable) for any pain he caused which he didn't have to do. At the end of the exam he reassured me that my concerns were completely valid and that what I was feeling was real and that together we would create a plan to help me. He prescribed me medication right away and I'm already feeling better. The only downside was I had to wait a month to have an appointment but it was worth it.

Dr. Kaplan was friendly, kind, patient and explained what he thought might be going on as well as the next steps and why certain testing was indicated. He gave me plenty of opportunities to explain my symptoms and ask questions. It was a great experience!

Aside from the long wait time and lab work not being done in the same office, I would recommend Dr. Kaplan. He listens and doesn't rush to get to the next appointment
