Dr Lacey is awesome. I’m a CrossFit guy and built like a refrigerator. He can always fix up Humpty Dumpty. His staff is amazing and I always feel like the most important person in the office when I walk in. If you need PT it’s right across the hallway and Ahmed is just as awesome!

An avid music lover and pianist, Dr. Lacey graduated cum laude with his bachelor’s in music performance at Howard University in Washington, DC in 1998. In 2010, he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA.

I have been being treated for chronic neck and back pain at a different practice for over two years due to an accident. After switching to Better Body Solutions just two months ago I've made more improvement than in the past two years. My range of motion has improved tremendously, my pain is now bearable and getting better every day. For the first time in those two years I am now able to sleep through the night again without waking up from jolting pain. Dr. Lacey is truly amazing and set the absolute gold standard. The staff at Better Body Solutions from reception through therapists are truly unmatched. When you have lived with chronic pain for so long you start to believe life will just be that way... I've been visiting with Dr. Lacey since August and I can honestly say that I've seen improvements in my posture and overall spinal health.
Dr. Lacey's approach to chiropractic medicine is professional and thorough. He also offers helpful tips and is willing to listen to your concerns about your spinal health.
In addition to great experiences with Dr. Lacey, it's also a bonus that Better Body Solutions runs on a tight ship thanks to the very kind and professional support staff.

I have had chronic neck and back pain for almost ten years, and daily tension headaches. I started seeing Dr. Lacey about a month and a half ago, and I am no longer in constant pain. It's amazing how much my quality of life has improved in less than two months. Everyone at the office is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is caring and compassionate, and I look forward to going to my appointments every week. Better Body Solutions has changed my entire outlook on self care, and I'm so grateful that I have found this place!

Prior to seeing Dr Lacey and his team, I spent a lot money paying for massages for my stiff neck, shoulders and back. Dr Lacey and team helped to identify pinched nerves from my neck as the root cause and we’ve made a lot of progress so far with spine adjustments and muscle strengthening. I highly recommend Dr Lacey and his friendly and competent team for pain management!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is very nice and helpful, they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The doctors are great and very knowledgeable. There is no one better in the business than Better Body Solutions and 44th Health and Wellness. At Better Body Solutions, Dr. Lacey responds compassionately and effectively to any concern, and he works tirelessly to accommodate his patients, even on Holidays. Throughout my 8-week treatment plan, he remained committed and focused on improving my neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Lacey further utilized a strong team of support therapists to provide me with electric stimulation and massage therapy, aside from just normal chiropractic work. I am thankful to his entire team.
At 44th Health and Wellness, Ahmed and Jackie work in tandem to stretch and strengthen your body, respectively. Ahmed is extremely kind and committed to his trade, and he would give me several stretches to do at home aside from just in the office. Jackie, a former personal trainer, will work to strengthen areas of your body that need improvement. Like Ahmed, Jackie would give me several exercises to do at home, repeatedly following up and reviewing my technique and progress each day.
Lastly, this post would not be complete without the mention of the wonderful secretarial team. Gabby and Rebecca are not only kind, but they are also extremely organized and flexible with their patients. They always make sure each patient is taken in on time which is critical to PT, as it can often be a labor-some task in the middle of a work day. They excel at their position.
I would strongly recommend Better Body Solutions to anyone seeking treatment.

This place is amazing. The staff (Dr. Lacey, Julissa, Gaby, Kyle, and Ashanti) are all super friendly, warm, and welcoming and always making sure I am well cared for. Ever since starting treatment here and being a patient here I've felt so much better in my everyday life. I have so much energy just like when I was a child. Everyone here is so good at what they do. I couldn't recommend it enough. Dr. Lacey has spent time getting to know me and my specific pain and what triggers it. He gave me several "life style changes" to try and I am delighted to say that they have helped tremendously. Now I take care not to exacerbate the pain and it has led me to a much more enjoyable life.

It was not what i expected. I went in for a chiropractic adjustment because my back was bothering me but instead all they did was ask me questions, do an evaluation and told me to come back for teh results. Completely misleading on both Zocdoc and the advertised Chiropractor as they are not the typical chriro practice.

PLEASE BEWARE THIS DOCTOR MAY NOT BE IN NETWORK.
I made an appointment thinking this doctor was in network with my plan. It says as per ZocDoc that he was in network. However when I arrived, after the intake I was brought into the screening room by the front desk person I was told that they only accept my insurance if I had out of network coverage which I did not. If you only take my insurance of I have out of network coverage THEN you are not in my network. Why state that you are in network on the ZocDoc site then?
It's a terrible ploy to bring you into the office.
