My visit to Dr. Levitt’s office was superb! I received a call from them the day before to confirm my appointment and informed me to call when I arrived to their parking lot.
I arrived about twenty minutes early and I was sent into an examination room right away and seen within ten minutes.
Staff was very kind and courteous. The Dr. Levitt himself was very sweet and informative.
I would definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family and can’t wait to come back for my annual next year!

I felt rushed. Maybe because the office looked like they double and triple book appointments. It looks like another case of an office that's based on your dollars and insurance premiums value and not true care and concern for the patient.

The office is quite busy but the staff works well to move patients along. They are all very nice. The environment is warm, well designed with clean state of the art equipment. I highly recommend Dr. Levitt.

Arrived 10 minutes before my 2:00 pm appointment. Had previously submitted all my patient data via zocdoc. Was taken back to a refraction room about 2:05, but was not seen by the tech until 2:25. Disappointed, but understand that docs overbook and have emergencies. Switched from Tampa Eye Clinic where I usually had to wait at least an hour to be seen.
Liked Dr Levitt and staff. Well staffed and has equipped!

The staff is very friendly and answered all questions. The doctor explained in detail and made sure to tell me everything, even the little things that didn't make too much of a difference to my eye health.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I did wait a long time between the initial eye exam and the dilation test, but there were emergent patients that came in. The doctor apologized and explained, and there was a dimly lit room to wait in with a TV to pass the time while I waited with my eyes dilated. Overall, a good experience.

Everything was great for your simple check up, except they dilated my eyes and then just sent me on my way. No glasses, no asking if I was okay or good to drive, nothing. But besides that, they got the job done.

One of the most professional staffs I have ever visited, I highly recommend these people over the rotisserie offered at Tampa Eye Clinic. Dr. answered all questions, recommend method for dry eyes, and even recommended an eye glass center where we were promptly taken care of by the manager. After 10 years of searching (my old eye doc retired) , it's nice to finally settle down to a practice I hope to be with for the next 20 years.
