“I want to start off with saying, I do not ever go to eye doctor. My last eye exam was over a decade ago, so I went in feeling embarrassed. This office was so inviting and the staff was super friendly. I was seen by the doctor I booked with, Dr. Jones. She was amazing, she made me feel comfortable and I was able to open up about my concerns. Dr. Jones has a non judgmental attitude and thoroughly explained everything for me. I never write reviews either, but I just left the office and her kindness must to be known. If you’re shy or uncomfortable going to eye exams, this is the best place.”

Very friendly and well informed staff, prior to seeing the doctor. Had all my questions answered and the doctor and staff spent as long as it took to make sure I could put in and take out my first set of contact lens. I am returning for a follow-up appointment in two weeks, to ensure everything is perfect, before ordering contacts for the future.

Pretty good experience. Staff was super nice. Equipment in the facility was top notch. Definitely worth the drive to come in. Loved that the staff listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel forced to make a decision for my eye glass wear. 10/10 recommend!

The doctor is nice and informative and listened to all concerns and also showed me the images/scans of the eyes.
One thing I do not like is its been a month and I haven't received my glasses yet. No opticals take this much time I called 4 times but it is still not ready. If I knew it would take this much time I would Ha e never booked my appointment here or I could made my lenses from another store. Also I never received any call or message from them of any updates, thus I had to call 4 times and I am gonna call again this weekend. This is not something anyone would like to experience.

I had to fill out a short form, which I would have preferred completing online as it could have been done in less than a minute. Having a list of the available frames in advance would have also made choosing easier and less overwhelming. Other than that, the process was quick, and the service was excellent.

My ZocDoc appointment did not appear on their calendar. However, while I waited for the doctor to become available, the staff was very helpful in locating an eyeglass style that was complimentary and comfortable.
During my exam, Dr. Jones answered all of my questions and explained the changes that had occurred in my prescription.

The doctor is fine, it was a regular eye exam, she was nice, I was in and out pretty quickly. That said, I will probably never make another appointment at this office due to the volume of notifications I received prior to, during, immediately after, and now almost a week later either reminders of the appointment, clarifications of the appointment, and then asking for reviews, EVEN AFTER I SUBMITTED ONE. It is one of the most irritating things I have ever encountered in my life with an appointment, and I really don't complain EVER about things. I also work in healthcare myself and know how many notifications a patient does/doesn't need. Really irritating.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. They found insurance coverage I wasn’t sure I had, under my wife’s employer. Dr. Jones was a great communicator and listener to my concerns and the all around care from everyone was great!

This doctor is located inside the Pearle Vision store.
They have the newest and best equipment - dont even need to dilate the eyes - they have a machine that mimics it without the after effects.
Call ahead and make sure your appointment is in the books - ZocDoc doesn't play well with their own booking system.

Dr. Jones was extremely nice. She took the time to review the pictures they took of my eye and explained exactly what she was looking for and her findings. I love the new technology and not having to dilate my eyes. She made sure she answered any concerns and advised me on the various options I have for my glasses. I would definitely go back again.
