He is Fellowship-trained in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital in New York.

Dr. Leoffler is a great eye surgeon & doctor, very caring. After cataract surgery. I can see perfectly. Explanations were great. Professional conduct, at the office & surgery under.

I asked friends for recommendations - they all told me Dr. Loeffler was the best. After he operated on both my eyes. I can see again. TV, movies & golf!

All consultations were detail oriented clear explanations were offered to me for all procedures. I feel much safer driving on highways - I can see signs clearly & read without glasses after Restor Len implants.
