Hi! My name is Michael McGlamry. Thank you for your time and interest in me.
I was born and raised in Atlanta. I graduated from Tucker High School in 1982, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with honors from The University of Florida. In 1991, I earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from The Penn. College of Podiatric Medicine/Temple University.
In 1991, I began my residency training in reconstructive surgery of the foot and leg at Northlake Regional Medical Center in Tucker. After completion, I started a practice in Gainesville, Fl where I practiced for 11 years.
In 2006, I relocated to Atlanta to be closer to family.
Currently, I teach at DeKalb Medical Center, with the residency program. I also teach on the post graduate level with the Podiatry Institute, and AO North America; both of which are renowned for their dedication to physicians’ education, and for the improvement of quality patient care.
I am the proud husband to Jennifer, a critical care nurse, and father to my three wonderful children.
I have a passion for teaching, education, and designing medical hardware. I keep current with the trends, therefore assuring you the most comprehensive up to date care that is tailored to fit to your needs.
