“Ryan is a 10/10. I would recommend him in absolutely every scenario I can imagine. He has years of experiences from our health and challenges. He remembers a lot and reviews and is ready to discuss from the gate. Most productive 15-20 mins w/ Ryan. Extremely attentive, listens, discusses options, humble, effective, knowledgeable, forthcoming, infinity. He will b extremely missed. My wife, myself and other family members. I would double his salary and attempt to keep him challenged to maintain his employment. Hard to start over w/ someone new. Ryan has a great rapport within our relationship. ”
