A reliable and diligent primary care physician, Dr. Kimberly Green serves the community in and around Dacula, GA. She is currently available for consultations and examinations at Active Healthcare and Rehab, where she provides excellent patient care and is dedicated to helping patients quickly return to their routine way of life. Dr. Green earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed both her internship and residency at David Grant Medical Center, further honing her clinical skills and expertise.

I booked an annual with Dr. Green, but I was not seen by Dr. Green. I appreciated the PA that I saw, Logoi Davis. She had great bedside manner and was very friendly and helpful. I also waited in the waiting area 30 minutes after my appointment time.
It was disappointing to book an appointment with someone that I specifically selected and not to be seen by her. I was looking to establish a relationship with a new primary, but that opportunity wasn’t available. Again, my experience with the Logoi Davis was great.
