Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Milbourne was great, he explained everything and assured me in his treatment plans. Tommy and Joy who also worked in the office were also fabulous! Tommy calmed me down and reassured me and Joy was very sweet and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this office.

Dr. Milbourne and his staff were nothing less than exceptional! Everyone was courteous, respectful, and attentive. Dr. Milbourne takes the extra time with his patients to explain everything in detail, and answers all your questions. There is testing equipment right there in the office, which is convenient, and parking in the rear of the building. A very positive experience.

This doctor is new and doesn’t have a lot of reviews, because he doesn’t need them. He was one of the best doctors I saw from zocdoc so far this year. He was very kind, supper friendly and had all the latest diagnostic equipment right there in his office. He educated me on my blood work and sent me in for additional blood work as well. I also was scheduled right away for a stress test and a few other diagnostic tests. His office is clean, and the front office staff is very friendly and nice.
He actually has three females working there and another doctor who handles the stress test exams. Everything was organized and handled very professional. The location of the office is very safe and in a great part of town (Glenside, Pa) and there was parking right in front of his office in the back parking lot. His office is perfect for people of all races and the staff and the doctor are very easy to relate to and extremely friendly. I told Dr. Milbourne, that he should have more patients write reviews for him, since he is so good.
I personally had a bad experience with another doctor last week (NOT DR. MILBOURNE), who had a ton of reviews that were good. But when I got there it was a nightmare. Dr. Milbourne does not have a lot of reviews, because he is new on ZocDoc as of June 2013) and really doesn’t need them once you arrive and see how professional he and his staff are to the public.
As a healthcare professional who has dealt with doctors for over 20 years. I can tell you that this doctor is very good. I am glad I found him here on ZocDoc.
