Why I entered medicine After years of community service and having a strong interest in physiology, I wanted a career where I was able to marry the two. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and completed my Doctor of Medicine at St. George's University School of Medicine. I then trained at Drexel University, Hahnemann University Hospital, where I completed both my internship and residency in Internal Medicine. Community involvement I donate to local charities. Personal interests I enjoy cooking, exercise, and music in my spare time.
