Dr. Mills earned his medical degree from the University of the West Indies in 2005. His internship in surgery was at the Columbia University surgery program at New York Presbyterian Hospital. He completed his residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at Howard University in 2016. He went on to complete a fellowship in spinal surgery at the Norton Leatherman Spine Center/University of Louisville spinal surgery fellowship program. Dr. Mills is board eligible with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a candidate member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
