Courteous and polite staff made me feel relaxed when I was feeling anxious. Dr. Nejat gave me the answers I needed and although it hasn't been a full day yet the Rx is already helping.
There were more staff members than patients at the time of my appointment which made me think this is busy office. The wait time was about 10-15 minutes. I was seen by one technician first and by then another one. Everybody was courteous and polite. The doctor came in almost right away. He seemed like he knew what he was doing.
