It was my first visit to Dr.Petelis office. His office has all in house facilities like blood samples, EKG, sonograms etc. So I don't have to go somewhere else for those tests and that is what I was looking for and off course he is very good doctor. He listened to me, than explained and also most important is very professional.

Dr Petelis is wonderful. He is a great doctor. My only frustration is that I don't always get to see him when I make an appointment. I end up with someone else in the office instead. I wish the office staff would let me know who will be taking my appointment, because I would come at a different time if it meant that I would be able to see him.

It is my first time trying this office for annual physical check up. The doctor experience was good. But the reception attitude was bad. First, I need to call back a few times to get them to fill and mail the form back so I can send back to the insurance company to prove I am health. Second, it is a first time I got a lab charge. When I called to ask about it, after a long wait they said the person in charge is not in the office and they never get back to me. Now I have to make more phone calls to settle this unexpected lab charge, and certainly I wasn't informed that it will be an additional charge.

The doctor was very thorough. Took time to ask about my family history, listened to my medical concerns and scheduled appropriate tests. Did not try to push unnecessary medicine or procedures on me. The staff was very professional and courteous. Great visit!

One of the front desk workers walked me through my insurance because something had changed. They took it step by step kindly.
I got my blood results back within the next two days, which is absolutely incredible because every other doctor I've seen has taken up to two weeks to retrieve that info.

Excellent caring doctor and knowledgeable one --- but really bad staff. They Didn't know how to fax results of the tests???!!. Make me come to office to get results, not once but twice, because they 'forgot' to include all results in spite they have been reminded previously at least 8 times.
Never apologizes, very indifferent.-- they are killing dr practice.

He is a very professional practitioner of medical skill & has a terrific personality who explains everything thats need to be explained to the patient with knowledge & yes when needs be with a touch of humor. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor who treats you like a human being. (hard to find these days).

You have to understand that doctors are scheduled tightly because they're always in high demand. Come to your appointment prepared to be concise about your issues, and you and Dr. Petelis will make an efficient team.
My nurse was very kind and engaging as was Dr. Petelis. He took an active interest in my conversation.
