Office staff was great! Not too much of a waiting time. Dr. Popkin was fantastic. Very clean and modern office. Doesn't feel like your typical drab dr.s office. Will definitely refer family and friends to this office.

Unfortunately his bedside manners were unprofessional. He yelled at me, but calmed down after he realized he was yelling. It's possible he does not like my insurance & wants me to leave as a patient, but being yelled at is not professional & gave me anxiety.
I avoid this place at all costs. Wish he could be calm, but my friend on the phone heard everything. She was in shock & wants to tell him to chill. He will be sued by someone (not me) if he keeps this up. NOT OK.

Great experience! Dr. Popkin is very kind and professional and seems to want to help you be proactive about your health, rather than just treat you once you're already sick. I came in for a physical and I was happy to meet a doctor who spent more time and devoted more attention to the whole me as a person, rather than just symptom-treating.

Nice doctor and knowledgeable but veryyyy long wait time. I was there 30 minutes early, wasn't called until 1 hour after my appointment time, and waited in the exam room for over 20 minutes before I saw the doctor. The wait time is so long because he's so personable but I value my time (not to mention all the time I was away from work) more than I value a personable doctor. If you want to see him, morning appointments would be worth it.

Dr. Popkin is very kind, considerate and thorough. However, the wait time is outrageous and unacceptable. I had to wait for over an hour just to get into the office, and another 20 minutes to see him. I believe this is largely due to the fact that they schedule patients in 15-minute increments, which is obviously unrealistic and inconsiderate to those who want to see the doctor quickly and have a thorough examination. Until they change their scheduling practices, I would NOT recommend.

Really enjoyed Dr. Popkin's getting to know me prior to addressing my reason for the visit. It helps us both to understand one another. Compassionate and caring MD; would recommend him.

The doctor listended to my concerns. The doctor didnt try to give me diet pills or suggest surgery which was refreshing. Dr. popkin gave me a starting point simple things to work on which is working for me.

As a new patient I was impressed that Doctor Popkins took the time to sit with me and ask about myself and family before we discussed the reason for my visit. Rare that many doctors take that time. I felt his diagnosis of my condition and the questions he asked about my illness were well informed and explanatory.
