Dr. Soffer has been in private practice since 1983. He is a Board Certified Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pulmonary Diseases. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society and American College of Physicians.
Dr. Soffer is affiliated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Olympia Medical Center and many Sub Acute and Rehabilitation facilities in the area. He maintains a status of Associate Clinical Professor at UCLA and is Medical Director and consultant for Home Health Care and Hospice companies.
