3 times so late. As good as I think he is, I will find another urologist. I have expressed 3 times my frustration with their scheduling and though they apologized it has not improved. An apology means you are sorry. If you are sorry then you take steps to mitigate your regret. I recommend this office if you have literally half your day free to sit and wait

I like Dr. Mineo a lot however, the receptionist staff at Houston Metro Urology leaves MUCH to be desired. I have never had a pleasant experience with anyone at the office or through the phone. Makes the whole appointment experience even more stressful than it already is.

Dr. Mineo is a thorough and friendly health professional. He was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, the office staff is less competent. It took over 90 minutes to finally see the doctor. The paper work from Zoc Doc either hadn't been properly transmitted or was lost. I was given a prescription coupon that had no activation number and was therefore useless. I called the office, was put on hold and then told no one was available to help me. Later I went back to the office and was again told no one could help me. I'm still waiting on them to contact me about making the coupon able to serve its purpose.

Dr. Mineo is a great urologist. He has very attention to details and listens to his patients. Just need improvemen in waiting time to see him. Waited more than an hour. But besides the wait time, I would encourage anyone to see him.
