Nothing is more annoying to a patient in obvious PAIN than to sit uncomfortably waiting for a clown to perform. Still not sure who this man was, but the doctor costume was more informative than the person in the exam room. Poor listener and offered absolutely ZERO “pain management” at all, my pets veterinarian has more regard and empathy than this idiot!!
