Dr. Semih Gungor is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tip Fakültesi and completed his residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Gungor further specialized with a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Cornell University. He currently serves as the Medical Director of the HSS Ambulatory Pain Medicine Program and the Director of Pain Medicine Research. Dr. Gungor believes that each patient with a pain problem is unique and requires a comprehensive assessment combined with the highest quality of pain-focused medical care to accurately diagnose and treat their condition. By providing timely, efficient, and thorough care, his goal is to help patients achieve the most optimal level of functionality.

I dont usually write reviews but after reading the previous comment i was compelled to set the record straight. I had a great experience with Dr.Gungor. He answered all my questions and kept me calm and reassured during the procedure. His staff called and follwed up with me the very next day to see how i was. I've been pain free for two weeks so far after months of agony. Hes an amazing doctor and his staff are sweet and friendly.
