About Dr. Manish Mammen
Please note that we are not a psychiatric or podiatric practice and do not treat mental health or foot/ankle conditions. We also cannot provide or continue opioid medication management started by another provider.
Our office is conveniently located in Manhasset, with a direct entrance and exit on the east side of the building on the ground floor. Parking is readily available, including handicapped-accessible spots directly in front.
The newly renovated office is designed with patient safety in mind, fully compliant with CDC guidelines, and features multiple exam rooms to minimize patient-to-patient contact.
We have a fully operational fluoroscopic suite, allowing procedures to be performed in-office without traveling to a hospital or ambulatory surgery center. For more invasive interventions, we coordinate services at local ambulatory surgery centers.
In addition to fluoroscopy, we use ultrasound to visualize musculoskeletal anatomy and detect issues like tendon tears, effusions, and nerve inflammation. We employ the Samsung HS-40, an advanced high-frequency ultrasound machine providing detailed imaging without radiation—the same technology used to visualize a fetus during pregnancy.
We offer the MLS M6 Class IV Robotic Laser to treat pain and inflammation without oral medications or injections. This painless treatment can significantly reduce pain even after a single session.
We also provide regenerative medicine options, including Prolotherapy, PRP, Stem Cells, and Growth Factor treatments, which may help reduce pain.
Our provider completed medical school at St. Matthew's University School of Medicine (Grand Cayman), earned a Doctor of Medicine degree, and completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. My goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Manish Mammen. He had such great bed side manner and truly tries his best to explain anything you me be experiencing/undergoing. He not only anatomically explains what may be going on but allows you to ask any questions needed. He was very patient and communicative and made me feel extremely comfortable to discuss the pain I was having. He also doesn’t rush you! He gives you all the time and attention needed.
