Dr. Wiechowski was wonderful. He was thorough and had a great bedside manner. However his medical office assistants are extremely unprofessional. I am scheduled to have surgery in the upcoming week and went to Dr. Wiechowski for a pre-surgical clearance. He promised me he would fax the results by a certain date. 3 days after this date I am calling the office to see if they've faxed it and I couldn't believe the response I got. The medical office assistant goes "I got so many post its on my desk I don't even know right now. I've got 1,000 patients and you're one of them". She refuses to fax it or confirm the fax number. She attempted to fax it to my office telephone number. She is completely unprofessional to treat a patient this way and highly incompetent if she is that backlogged. This is an extremely good doctor, it's a shame his staff is this terrible.

Dr. Wiechowski was personable and patient. He listened to each of my concerns and was able to easily refer me to the specialists I required. His easygoing nature made me very comfortable.
