Dr. Nassim was very personable and did a thorough examination. He was interested in what I had to say about my injuries and told me how to eliviate some of the pain.
I found a doctor who was amazing. . Great personality, took his time to answer all my questions and a through examination. Didnt make me feel like a number. I highly recommend him as my primary Dr. Doctor Roland Nassim and staff keep up the good work. Thank you Justin.
Dr nassim is very nice and professional I recommend him highly
The wait time was way too long and I got their 30 minutes early but didn't get taken till 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time so I waited 2 hours to be seen. I am a single mom that had a sitter watching my daughter so it was very stressful which is not a good thing going in for a physical. The Nurse that saw me prior to the dr that did my blood work and ekg was awesome though and if not for her I probably wouldn't go back.
Very pleasant and professional. Happy to have him as my PCP.
Great staff and very professional and friendly physician. Answered all my questions and concerns.
Dr. Nassim was very patient and thorough. Staff very friendly as well.
Although I believe the girl at the front messed up and had me wait an hour, the staff was nice and professional.
Dr. Nassim is very kind, patient and thorough. He makes sure to address all your concerns.
Excelente buen doctor me gusto el chequeo.
Dr. Nassim was great!
Very pleased - had to wait, but hat is expected. Excellent staff.
I loved it, made me feel that he really cares about my health issues; he's very knowledgeable and patient.
Very pleased with Dr. Nassim! Made me feel the importance of my treatment with accurate points and knowledge; I have some health issues and was very apprehensive about it, but he laid a very simple plan that I will follow Thanks !
I love Dr Nassim, very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! Only problem was that it took almost five hours to get my physical with a very poor air conditioning; 92 degrees outside, very hot inside!
Great doctor, and great team!
I originally picked Dr. Nassim simply because I moved to this location & my 2 kid's pediatrician is in the same area so it was simply a choice of convenience. However, I've been with about 10 primary doctors in my lifetime, & will admit Dr. Nassim & his staff is the best I experienced. Super nice, super sincere & super knowledgeable. My only pet peeve is that the wait is always excruciatingly long. I've seen him about 8 times & the shortest wait was 45 minutes. The longest was 90 minutes. At my most recent visit, I finally sat up to complain after waiting an hour because I had to leave soon to pick up my kids. At that point, they were so understanding & accommodating that I actually felt guilty about snapping at them.
I thought Dr Nassim was one the best doctors ive ever had. his bedside approach and thorough knowledge, made my experience worthwhile. I look forward to returning and keeping him as my PCP.
Very professional and courteous staff. It was also convenient everything can be done at the office mammograms, chest xrays, and blood work.
It was great. The wait was worth it. Of course if there are people before you and the Dr is taking his time to listen and do the various test the waiting time will be long. As first time visitors we are very satisfied. Thank you.
The doctor is a gentleman and he's thorough. Thank you
He is the best
Great doctor i recommend him.
Doctor is great... it's the waiting time that comes with seeing the doctor that is a bit problem. Then again, that just shows how many people trust in the doctor so it is understandable.
An absolute pleasant experience, Dr. Nassim is a very friendly, capable professional.
A very nice doc. Easy to talk to. Spoke my language (Spanish). He took his time to listen to every problem I had. His staff was very professional as well. He did a very good annual physical with EKG too. Not every doc does that.
Very professional staff ! The Doctor is a amazing!! I just moved to the neighborhood and I'm so happy I choiced him. Highly recommend !!!
The wait is usually pretty long but Dr. Nassim and his nurse staff are very nice and professional.
awesome doctor. very thorough exam. definitely recommend.
Visiting Dr. Nassim's office was a frustrating experience. I arrived early, announced my name and appointment time to the reception desk, and was met with a confused look. "When did you make the appointment?" they asked me. "Earlier this week on ZocDoc," I said. "Oh, ZocDoc..." they trailed off. The implication was that they either didn't know how to use ZocDoc or that they prioritized non-ZocDoc appointments. I waited for 1.5-2 hours before being called in to the exam room. The medical assistant who took my history was quite professional, though did not take my vital signs, and then announced they would be taking some blood, and doing an EKG and lung function tests. How can you know what tests to do before even checking someone's blood pressure -- or having the doctor see you? After some time, Dr. Nassim came in and reviewed my history. He has a good bedside manner and gave me the chance to ask questions, though didn't seem too interested in explaining his reasoning to me. I guess it didn't even matter -- they'd already run a bunch of tests. He told me to get some medication over the counter and make an appointment to return in one week to discuss my test results. Considering how long I had waited for this first visit, and considering that after actually examining and talking to me, Dr. Nassim had only recommended an OTC remedy (implying that the tests really were of little use), why would I come back? I get it. It's hard to be a primary care provider these days. Reimbursement is a fraction of what it used to be. But overbooking people, making them wait for hours, ordering unnecessary tests, and coercing people to schedule unnecessary follow-up appointments is insulting.
very thorough talks with you concerned
Very welcoming, knows what he's doing
It was great! The staff is really nice and Dr. Nassim is also very kind and professional. I appreciated the fact that I didn't feel rushed and that I was able to get an appointment soon.
I booked this appointment for my wife and i was not too happy with results. 1st the wait was ridiculous 2nd: doctor was not thorough and did not speak much about the situation, my wife had pull answers with a spoon. My wife is in constant pain due to her back no clear possibilities or processes have been provided as of yet...
He was great , cool , and funny. He is highly recommended!
I guess physicians assistants should exist, and I'm not against them... But if you schedule and pay to see the doctor and they give you the PA instead it is EXTREMELY frustrating! Waited over 1 hour, a PA Student(not even a PA) saw me for one hour and a half, and at the end the doctor spent 3 min and 17 second with me... I counted!
Both he and his assistant were consummate professionals. They were engaged, attentive, patient and thorough. Probably the best professionals by whom I have ever been treated.
Very Busy great great office staff and Dr very thorough and detailed office My first visit spoke with other patients told Dr. is "Top Notch "and it shows expect a wait but it is well worth it to see the best!
Good attentive doctor
I was great. I went for my physica very complete. This was the Fist time I went to this doctor found it on Zoc Doc. Doctor Nassim was very courteous and knowledgeable. All his staff was nice and efficient. Very pleased with the visit to this office
