Great experience, Dr. Hornstein listened to my concerns and was very compassionate and understanding. My appointment was last minute and I was impressed with how quickly I was able to be seen during the holiday season. The nurses and the admin at the front desk was polite and helpful. Kudos to this entire office!

A Two-hour wait to see a family doctor for a 1:00 appointment and seeing the actual doctor for five minutes is NOT someone that I would recommend to anyone. The intake nurse did not introduce herself and I thought, with a stethocope around her neck, I assumed it was the doctor!
