“I was seen by Ms Eisy Earl, NP.
Both her and their entire staff that I had spoken to were absolutely phenomenal. I’m someone who gets extremely anxious with doctors appointments because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past and grew up going often because I was always sick in childhood. But they immediately greeted me with smiles and understanding. I wish I could’ve gotten the employees at the front desks names, but everyone was nice! Ms Earl walks you through absolutely every step and makes sure you’re comfortable and leave with no questions! I can’t rave more about this clinic ??”

Worst experience ever! Do not make appointment here! They do not keep your appointment and make you reschedule giving you the excuse of the provider not being in the office that day. Would not let me reschedule unless I was absolutely sure about establishing a provider at this location. Front desk staff very unfriendly and very unhelpful and very rude. Overall the experience was extremely unprofessional. Ended up walking out and making an appointment elsewhere

She was incredible to say the least. So understanding and attentive, made me feel like her top priority. She made a point to really listen to me and understand my symptoms and did not rule anything out just because i'm young and experience health anxiety. I felt safe and understood. I had a great experience, the only thing would have been better it was for them to tell me ahead of time that it was going to take long for them to get my records, because if I would have known that ahead of time I would have picked it up personally,to have it for my appointment . It frustrates me because I went 2 days earlier and they did not told me that, I could have picked up my records that day,! After I left the office I could have picked it up at the hospital or anytime before the appointment.
Other than that I am please with everything else.

She is the best! I’m so glad I went to see her. There wasn’t a wait time and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The appointment was thorough and the doctor answered all of my questions. She even provided additional advice. If you’re looking for a PCP, definitely check her out.

From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the staff at the desk. No lag time. Courteous and responsive. The assistant and the nurse practitioner Eisy listened and were informative. I will go back again for follow up appointments.
