I came in a little early to fill out paperwork, and I was greeted with a smile by the front desk. There was a warm, inviting environment while I waited for the doctor. Dr. Francis was amazing. She listened to my concerns and offered sound advice. I appreciated her getting to know me, and treating me like a person. I would highly recommend her. I waited a while for my appointment, but she was worth the wait!

I highly recommend Dr. Francis, she is so personable and she makes the visit so quick and easy you don’t even feel like you’re at the gynecologist. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other gynecologists and I can say she is very different. She is easy to talk to and thinks of everything. I waited longer this visit than my last, last time I was in and out so I’m sure wait time varies but I’d still recommend.

In hindsight I should have said something during my examination as my experience was pretty bad...it didn't seem like Dr. Francis wanted to do the procedure I was in for, she started off saying that she wasn't an expert (which even if she isn't, is not something you want to hear when someone has a needle in their hand), then she complained various times about how she doesn't like doing this procedure and opts to not do them. Finally, when it's over, she asks me if I need stitches, which I thought was shocking, as why would I know, you're the doctor you should tell me if I need them. This, of course, was after waiting about 1h30 in the waiting room then 35 mins in the examination room. I wasn't given much post-up care, I had to keep asking if there's anything I should do to get an answer. That very night, I bled through my bandage and through my clothing, which hints at that maybe the bandage wasn't even put on right. I'm sure she had a long day and is probably overworked and I was her last patient so things slip up then, and maybe this was a one-off, but at the end of the day, I just wouldn't recommend my experience and I will be looking for someone new.

I love Dr Francis- she looks at you as a whole person rather than just a vagina. She's the only reason I will tolerate the ridiculously long wait times. Particularly unbearable is the time I had to wait on the examination table before the doctor saw me.

She overall had such a great vibe, cool, calm and down to earth. Even though this was my first time initially meeting with her. I love Dr. Francis, but the wait times are insane! I had to wait 30 minutes before I was brought into the exam room, and another 30 minutes before the doctor saw me. I feel like it usually it not that crazy. Luckily it was just an annual checkup, so I won't need to go back for another year.

Wait time was long but the doctor was completely attentive and spent a lot of time with me. She addressed all my concerns patiently which was awesome. This was a rare and pleasant experience. The nurses are great too.

I love Michelle Francis for her bedside manner and down to Earth approach. The wait I experienced getting in to see her however I did not love. I waited an hour past my appointment time until I was escorted to an exam room where then I still had to wait another twenty minutes for her.

I've been a patient for 8 years. Dr. Francis is always so warm and friendly. This is a newer location which I love. Sleek office with state of the art equipment, great staff and wonderful care. You should feel comfortable talking to a doctor about your health and I do with Dr Francis.

The reception staff and nurses were great and got me in a room right away. However, I had to wait for over 40 minutes until I actually saw the doctor. The wait was frustrating as it was in the middle of the work day, but Dr. Francis really was great. I was looking for a new gyno I felt comfortable with and she certainly fit the bill. She has a good sense of humor and spent lots of time answering all my questions. Glad I found her.
