Doctor Shachi was literally amazing. I came to her with a very personal and vulnerable issue and she was a non judgmental listener, explained everything to me, and made sure to track my health and progress during this time. The office staff is friendly and empathetic to your situation and makes you feel cared for.

They saw me even though I was a little late because of train delays. She was very nice and prescribed me some medication as a first step method. I am hoping that it works and by the end of that treatment I can feel better. I HAVE been to previous dos before for about 6 months or more trying to find out what is wrong. She listened to me and what I thought the problem could be and we worked from there to what she prescribed. Again I see her in a month so hopefully everything will be resolved.

Dr. Shachi Dave is the best Doctor I’ve seen in general. I have a lot of health issues so I’ve seen all different kinds of specialists, and I have never felt more heard and safe and cared for by a provider. There wasn’t a single doubt in my mind that I couldn’t trust that she was not only qualified, but also wants me to feel comfortable and help alleviate my issues. I am so happy I found this office and I don’t see myself wanted to change offices. This is only my first visit here and I felt better about this visit than I ever have with all of my OBGYN visits combined!

I get called to see the nurse or medical assistant and she’s is making preemptive diagnoses based on one thing I said without asking any further following up questions, her attitude and tone was incredibly rude. I’m a social worker and even I know not to make preemptive assumptions without asking questions!!
The medical room also smelt like food because the nurse was eating her salad in there and sprayed perfume in the room with me in there to try and mask the smell. It’s absolutely disgusting to be in a space that someone was eating their lunch in when you’re supposed to be getting a medical appointment.
The doctor (Dr. Dave) seemed sincere but did not examine me in the way that I would’ve liked. The whole process felt rushed and she herself did not ask questions.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: the medical assistant/nurse and doctor were laughing about my issue outside my door before and after examining me. Word to the practice your patients can hear everything! Even behind closed doors!I

My appointment was at 11:10 and I didn’t get to check in until 11:30 because the line in the office was so long.
I never got to see the provider because I say in the waiting room for 1.5+ hours and had to leave because I couldn’t wait anymore. Super annoying because I came from Brooklyn.
As soon as I got home (takes 45 minutes on the subway btw). The office called to ask if I was still there because they were ready for me. I would have been waiting for over 2 hours if I had stayed. I will never go to the office again. Such a waste of time.

The staff from the front desk to the doctor were all very polite and helpful. It was a very busy day as it was a holiday, so the wait time was long, but the appointment didn't feel rushed at all and all of my concerns were properly addressed. It's not easy to find a GYN that makes you feel comfortable, but Dr. Dave was a total sweetheart. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a GYN.

I actually wasn't seen by the doctor at all. I waited over an hour from my appointment time. I asked once and was told I’d be seen in “5-10”. Then after 20 min I went to ask again and was told it could be up to another half hour. Of course the appointment itself would have taken some time too, and I couldn’t take off 2+ hours from the work day, so I had to leave without being seen.

FINALLY! This office has a provider who listens and believes women. I’ve seen 2 other doctors at that practice who have fed me outdated information about women’s health as an excuse to not address my health issues. Dr Dave listened to me and suggested solutions right away for my concerns. I’m so grateful they have a provider on staff now who listens to women!

ITS IMPOSSIBLE to contact this office. I’ve been trying to get my prescription for two weeks and they keep sending me one that’s not available for order in any pharmacy or one that I’ve said multiple times I’m allergic too. Wait times are ridiculous. Service is an absolute joke. I’m literally impressed on how bad it’s been

The wait time is insane. I understand maybe 10-20 minutes but I had to ask 3 times when I would see the doctor for an appointment that was supposed to start at 1:10 pm. Although the team is nice the office is setup like a walk-in clinic where it doesn’t quite matter your appointment time that you should expect a minimum of 1-2 hours of waiting. I won’t be returning.

I had a bit of a wait but with the amount of time she spent with me it makes sense that she gives all of her patients a lot of attention and that’s fantastic. Definitely seeing her again.

The wait time was extremely long! Over 2 hours just to see the doctor for a 10 minutes. You’ll need to take the afternoon off if you do this. Staff could care less and ignored every patient with concerns.

Dr. Dave is a fine doctor but the office is run horribly, which is a reflection on her as a physician. At my first appointment I wasn’t seen for nearly 2 hours after my appointment time. My follow up appointment, I showed up to the office and it was closed despite them sending me a confirmation email regarding my appointment the day before. They had never contacted me to cancel the appointment. I rescheduled my appointment (couldn’t be seen for 2 weeks which was incredibly inconvenient given that I was having issues I needed to speak with my doctor about promptly) and the day of, they called and cancelled. Over all, I have had a horrible experience with this office. They are incredibly unprofessional and do not seem to care about their patients and certainly don’t respect their patients’ time.

Dr Dave is lovely. She is a very attentive provider who explains everything clearly and takes the time to make sure you understood. I felt heard and well supported during the visit. I will definitely see her again in 6 months.

The staff was great. The nurse that saw me for my pelvic ultrasound was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The nurse that saw me before the doctor was very comforting and friendly, and the doctor herself was amazing. She listened. She answered all my questions. I was very impressed by this practice from start to finish. The premises are beautiful, extremely clean, and very welcoming, with a soothing and calm atmosphere,so different from many doctors’ offices where a TV is blaring in the background.
Everyone at the reception desk was kind and helpful, and my waiting time was only a couple of minutes. The nurse who brought me to the room was also lovely and very caring.
Dr. Dave was excellent: attentive, thoughtful, and truly listened. We had a meaningful exchange and made a clear plan for the coming months. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely continue coming to this practice.
