My appointment was at 12:30, at 1:58 I went back to the front desk, at which point I was told I was next. I was not in fact next. This was wildly inconvenient for my day, will likely not be back here.

Waited over 2 hours for my appointment, only to be told the doctor was in the middle of a procedure with no estimated wait time — despite being repeatedly assured I was next. They eventually switched me to another doctor, who was lovely, but that should have happened after the first hour of waiting. The care itself was good and the doctor I saw was friendly and thorough. The office management is the issue — most patients seem to be waiting 1+ hours, so don't come if you don't have a significant block of time to spare

This office is extremely busy and the experience felt a bit uncomfortable for me. The wait was nearly 2 hours, and having patients sitting in robes in the waiting area for extended periods, especially alongside some with partners and a crowded environment, felt uncomfortable and lacked privacy. The actual appointment room also felt very small, which added to the discomfort for me. I personally prefer a more one-on-one and organized environment.
The staff was friendly, but overall the process felt disorganized. I also did not receive the update link I was told I would receive an email regarding my appointment/status.

Dr. Shachi Dave was absolutely incredible! The office is spacious, clean, has a clean bathroom, and even has a phone charging station! The wait was a little over an hour and the front desk staff is not the friendliest so took just a couple stars off for those two things, but other than that the doctor is kind, professional, proactive & really cares about her patients so I would definitely recommend her!

I never ended up seeing the actual doctor. I waited almost 2 hours and still had to pay my copay because they gave me a sonogram before waiting.
The sonogram was horrific, the tech was not explaining anything and was horribly uncomfortable. Did not wipe any jelly off my stomach, she handed me one single paper towel and told me to get up. I had to grab my own paper towels and wipe tons of jelly off my stomach. The trash can was full and overflowing of others used paper towels. Then she told me to keep my gown on and wait in the waiting room ? Um yea no I put my clothes back on because what?? She was bringing woman in and out of there so quickly I never saw her clean anything. If I catch anything at least I know where it came from and who to sue.
I left because I did not want to be examined anymore due to cleanliness and also the wait time was extremely long.
