About Dr. Michelle Muldrow
Dr. Muldrow, who was born and raised in Laredo, has returned to her home state of Texas after several years of living on the East Coast. Dr. Muldrow completed her OB/Gyn internship and residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. In combination with her social work training, Dr. Muldrow incorporates a mind, body, soul approach to her practice. She is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Bexar County Medical Society. Dr. Muldrow has a passion for education and helping underserved communities. She has been on various medical mission trips around the world. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her friends and family, and is an avid dancer, with her favorite being ballroom and flamenco. Patient reviews for Dr. Michelle Muldrow
She was great—it just felt a bit rushed so I didn’t want to bother her with too many questions. I already felt way more comfortable with her on my first visit then I did with my previous gynecologist who I saw for 10 years. I’m excited to not be nervous for these appointments anymore!
It was quick. She was nice. Offered suggestions. Will most likely go back!!
All of the staff was very nice and accommodating. Quick and easy exam.
Very pleased about the service I was provided. The front desk was very friendly, as soon as I was done with my paperwork I was seen ASAP. I was a little nervous but The doctor answered my questions and eased my mind about this pregnancy!! I am very excited I found this doctor.
Loved it. She was a joy to see and anticipated my every question.
So far good.
Loved Dr. Muldrow! Wonderful personally and took her time with me. Definitely would recommend!!
Extremely friendly and really made it stress and worry free
I was fortunate to get Dr. Muldrow for this unusual problem. I knew I did not want to see the GYNECOLOGIST I had used a few years ago. Although professional, I felt someone my age was not particularly the target patient. Very different atmosphere with Dr. Muldrow and staff. My issue and health was priority for both of us. Thanks
Answered all of my questions , was very polite and compassionate ! Highly recommend for comfort an quality services .
My first visit seemed fine and she was very kind so I figured I hit the jackpot with her. 2nd one I felt a little rush but not too big of a deal. I was told I had a blood clot in my placenta that needed monitoring. I ended up going to the hospital one more time due to bleeding and was told they did not see the blood clot so it had most likely passed and that was the bleeding. I had a follow up appt with her that I had plenty of questions to make sure the baby and I where fine but unfortunately the rude front desk staff informed me she was running 1 1/2 hour late (after already waiting an hour) so I had to leave due to work. They rescheduled my visit and didn't seem too bothered or apologetic. I get things happen so even though I was annoyed I rescheduled and was hoping for answers the next visit. So guess what I'm doing now.. waiting for her & I have been here since 10:30am (it is now 12:36pm). Now I am just beyond aggrivated because once again I might have to leave because of work. I want a needed answers to make sure everything looks okay and my baby is healthy and fine.. a little reassurance to say the least but it doesn't look like I will be getting it here and I will most likely be looking for another Dr. ASAP!
she was rude and uncaring
For my first time being seen by her, I really felt comfortable talking to her about my health. Definitely will be coming back to her in the future.
Friendly and efficient staff, quick wait time, and great doctor. She really listened to me and was thorough in her exam.
She was quick but didn't seem to rush, attentive, and wonderful. Can't wait to see her again next year!
RUN!!!! Horrible MD save your time and money
Terrible could not verify my insurance said I was not effective then they said it's 100% covered which is something I said then after 30 the girl in front re asked me about the insurance I told her to ask the girl that talked to me she didn't finally they got it waiting there girl after me went in when before her appointment in few minutes me I was waiting for an hour and I can early in case of paper work
Muy bien q nos atendio y nos explico muy bien
She is awesome and very thorough
Very sweet and caring toward her patients. Great energy and sincerity while consulting. Made me feel completely comfortable.
Doctor was very kind and caring. Spent the time I needed to answer all my questions. Doctor's office staff was very helpful and positive.
Dr. Muldrow is absolutely amazing! Takes her time to explain everything to you and always makes sure you do not have any questions concerns. Makes you feel comfortable and not like just another patient.
I first came to visit Dr. Muldrow last year. My original OBGYN doctor stopped taking Medicare patients, otherwise I would never have looked for another doctor. My family doctor recommended I go to see Dr. Muldrow. So happy I did. I tell everyone I know how great she is. Always smiling, makes you feel good when you see her. Most of all great bedside manner, asking questions about my health. Overall GREAT doctor. Hope she doesn't stop taking Medicare patients!
Glad I picked dr muldrow, Office was very friendly happy with my choice
She was great! I loved how she made me feel at ease (first gyno appomitment!) and truly helped me out. Great person!! Loved her!!
Usually I feel like doctors look at me like I'm an alien. Dr. Muldrow was warm and human and addressed my first visit needs in a quick, yet thorough way, providing me with helpful information. I love her enthusiasm and down-to-earth, non-judgemental bedside manner.
It was my first time at this clinic and she made me feel comfortable and informed during my visit.
Very quick and attentive. She answered all my questions.
She is by far the best GYN doctor that I have gone to she made me feel comfortable and answered every question that I had and I will continue to see her as long as she stays in practice
Pleased with the doctor. The staff need an overhaul. I was a receptionist. I've verified insurance. It's not rocket science. You also shouldn't work with the public, especially working with women at a vulnerable time in their lives if you have completely devoid of a sense of humanity. I also gave you updated insurance over a month ago and once again, you have entered no record of it. .. you had to have it for the procedure. Get it together
I think she's wounderful easy to talk to.
Very pleasant and professional. She listened and addressed my concerns.
Dr. Muldrow was very professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. I asked several questions and she was able to answer them she provided great feedback.
The doctor was great. The office staff wasted over an hour the first visit, and i did their job for them-- verifying insurance. The second appointment they "lost" BOTH referral faxes even though i had spoken to them twice this morning after verifying with insurance. They finally found both. But then after knowing i had had a miscarriage i waited an hour because they messed up and tagged me on DEAD LAST with another instead of my appointed doctor. Just to hear i needed a d and c. While all the office staff went home. I worked as receptionist in a doctor's office at 18. It's not that difficult. Aside from an issue with 1 doctor, every other problem is with office staff at Every location
Dr Muldrow was great. She listened, she was sensitive to my concerns and tool the time to explain everything. I was hesitant to go back to this office, but this is where the ER set my follow-up. The reason it took so long is that the office staff, once again, didn't check insurance eligibility before the appointment. I spent a good part of the time doing their work for them-- calling the provider, checking eligibility... much better staff than their other location though.
I thought the doctor was awesome, but the wait time was NOT. We were told she was 45 minutes behind. There are no children allowed in the office, so I had to have a babysitter in the first place, then had to call the babysitter and let her know I'd be at least 45 minutes late, which ended up turning into 1 hr. and 10 minutes late. The front office staff was not overly friendly, would have rather been given my paperwork all at one time instead of having to do one piece at a time and then stand there to hand it to them only to keep getting one more at a time. The worker who checked me out had not verified my benefits yet, so I wasn't able to pay and she took forever to schedule me for the next thing I needed as she couldn't read/understand the doctor's orders. Just to get checked out/pay took an additional 20 minutes after doctor was already so behind. Again, the actual doctor's visit was great, but the whole experience was not.
When I checked in they didn't have me written down for sono even though I'd scheduled the week before. They squeezed me in, seemed rushed, and then I Had a long wait between ultrasound and seeing the doctor, songropher was clearly indicating something was wrong but didn't tell me. I knew by her body language and silence that my baby had died. Then I waited a lonely painful 20 minutes for the doctor to come in and tell me as much. Once I left I got a call asking me to come back to draw my blood because they forgot. A hard day, not helped by the chaos and coldness of the visit.
Super sweet and outgoing! Loved her and the sweet staff!
Received good care just hate the wait.
She is very kind and caring. Really did a great job. I definitely will be seeing her again.
After I checked in, I told the receptionist that I needed to use the bathroom, once I came out, the nurse was waiting for me to get my weight and take me to the exam room. It is the fastest appointment I've had wtih an OB/GYN.
First time with her and it went well. Professional and informative to my questions and concerns.
She has great bedside manner and is genuinely concerned about my symptoms. I have great confidence in her.
Dr. Muldrow is always very professional.
First initial appointment felt a little rushed. Appointment was set later in the evening though at 530
It was great. She was kind and clear about my options.
I love Dr. Muldrow. She put in my IUD today and I wouldn't have let any other doctor do it. She patiently and thoroughly answers all my questions and really takes my concerns into account with her recommendations. Plus, she gave me the best pap smear of my life. It was super quick and I didn't even feel it!
Dr. Muldrow was professional, caeing, and knowledgeable. I highly erecommend her!
