Whether we’re reviewing medications, considering advanced therapies like TMS or Spravato®, or simply talking through what’s going on in your life, or anything in between, my goal is to help you feel supported and empowered.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
In your first visit, I’ll spend time getting to know you, your history, and your goals for treatment. Together, we’ll review your medical and mental health background, discuss your concerns, and decide on a plan that fits your needs.
My approach combines medication management, supportive talk therapy, and motivational interviewing. Depending on your situation, I may also recommend advanced treatments such as TMS or Spravato®, along with lifestyle or coping strategies. Follow-up visits are focused on checking in, adjusting care as needed, and making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
