I really liked the dr. There’s a good amount of parking and it’s a modern-ish building. The front door is covered in papers about the lab, so I thought it was the entrance to the lab and walked the whole property looking for the office. I was asked to provide a UA sample. I go into the bathroom, there are other cups on the table filled with specimens… I get out of the bathroom, the tech wasn’t waiting for me. No one to confirm my sample was collected or to tell me where to go. I had follow up steps (a follow-up and referral), but when I stopped by the front desk, they waved me through. They did however, call me the same day to apologize and schedule the follow-up. I think they’re just busy and maybe understaffed.
