I work with a podiatrist in Florida as a receptionist for 2yrs and 5months and seeing the stuff in the front desk they are so accommodating and helpful. The nurse who took the blood test helped a lot for me to calm down ??. I was scared of the blood work but she did assist me well. I will for sure recommend this practice to my friends and relatives. About Hector Sosa
Hector Sosa is a bilingual, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Laredo, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He qualified for the Dean's List multiple semesters and was invited to join Sigma Theta Tau International, the nursing honor society. He then obtained his Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Arlington. A Texas native, Hector graduated high school early to enlist and serve after the attacks of September 11th. He served over 10 years in the US Navy before pursuing full-time formal education. During his service, he led junior personnel and civilian employees through multiple inspections and awards and was personally honored as Sailor of the Year for his command. Hector enjoys DIY projects, photography, and spending time with his daughter, family, and dogs. He is a considerate and detail-oriented family nurse practitioner currently employed at Castle Hills Family Practice in San Antonio, TX. He treats a variety of common illnesses and conducts general consultations, tests, and annual physical exams.

Easy to get a same day appointment which felt impossible everywhere else. Friendly staff, the NP was very kind and thorough, and the shots in the butt didn’t hurt a bit ?? Everyone there from the front desk to the phlebotomy team made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be back!

My prior visits with another doctor went well. The staff has been friendly thru out. However, this doctor np is exceptional. I stopped looking for a PCP because I had a lot of poor experiences. I found Hector on this site, and I am impressed by my visit. Several different people did several different jobs to take care of me. The visit with Hector was very nice and he was very kind when it came to my concerns. There was a lot of walking up and down the stairs during my visit, but that’s okay because someone would always escort me and make sure that I got where I was going. ?
