This was one of the best visits I’ve had with a medical professional in my life. Dr. Bennett was friendly, personable, listened to what I had to say. Was very relatable and provided solutions that weren’t all medication based. She was extremely thorough in reviewing my history n in the exam which I appreciated and I didn’t ever feel like she was rushing to get through my appointment. I’m very impressed and look forward to my next apt.

She is personable, informative, and always looking out for your best interest in any matter dealing with your health. Very through in explaining what you might be diagnosed with, screened for, etc... Her staff is also just as caring, welcoming, and informative similar to Dr. Bennett, which allows for the easiest and smoothest dr. visits.

Dr. McAfee (formerly Bennett) practices Adult Internal Medicine and Preventative Medicine at the Medical Clinic of Houston near the Texas Medical Center and welcomes new patients, and those seeking annual exams to book in the morning through 1 PM. If booking at a different time, you may be re-scheduled. Dr. McAfee is proud to provide high quality, comprehensive, and convenient primary care, and treats common conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol, obesity, and many more. She also provides preventative services such as annual physical exams (exam may require fasting), well-woman exams, bone density, cardiac and cancer screenings. You will need to speak with the office as soon as possible once your appointment is confirmed in order to maintain your appointment time.
The Clinic is located minutes from the Medical Center, but is housed in its own brand new facility with convenient self and valet parking, diagnostic services such as X-ray, CT, MRI, bone density scans, mammograms, and complete cardiac testing, and in-room blood drawing for on-site laboratory
testing. Additional specialists available at the clinic include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Hematology/Oncology should a patient need specialist consultation.
