The sit time was ridiculous. And then didn’t even let me know he was running late until I asked if I had been skipped 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be. They told me he typically runs 45 minutes late. I let hem know they should share that with patients when they arrive so they can plan for that instead of just sitting in the lobby reading magazines or playing on their phone. I would have brought my laptop in from the car and worked!

The experience that I had with Dr. Ochieng and his office professionals was without a doubt the best I have ever had. Dr. Ochieng is very knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. He provided reading material on the disease process I am experiencing and listened very carefully to me symptoms. I can not recommend him enough. His assistant Amanda was awesome as well!

I had to wait an hour to see him, His nurse did come in the room to let me know that my wait shouldn't be to much longer, Once he came in the room, he was very apologetic for the wait and thanked me for using him as my GI specialist, He has excellent bedside manners and I would recommend him as long as you do not mind a long wait.
