I never write reviews but this one I must. After booking this doctor for the first time through ZocDoc my appointment time was changed to 45 minutes earlier without calling me! They simply sent me an email notifying my appt time was changed. ZocDoc reached out to me separately because they rarely see this and wanted to right the inconvience to my work schedule. After arriving at my appt time, 2 other patients were waiting, the doctor comes dashing through the front office door with her coat on 15 minutes after my rearranged appt time!! After 1 hour of waiting, keep in mind they shifted my appt time to be 45 minutes earlier, I saw the doctor for a total of 15 minutes 5 minutes of which was spent lecturing me on irrelevant and unrelated topics. I will never go back. ZocDoc was great in their customer service but the doctor and office doesn't even deserve 1 star.
