Dr. Minh Le has always saved me when I am sick or I run out of refills on non narcotics. Because I always wait until last minute. You don't have to worry with him. He won't leave for the day until his job is done.

There was a long wait time, although they were not busy it all. It took about 30-45 minutes to see the nurse only to get vital. Sat in the lobby for about another 1 hr until i finally asked when i would see the doctor. At that point he directed me to the back, i thought i was about to see the doctor. Instead i was getting my blood drawn and a urine sample, not sure what’s being tested. I went back out and sat in the lobby to again wait for the doctor. Doctor seemed annoyed at having to fill out my paperwork for my return to work. Barely checked me before i left his office, no gloves were used. The whole experience was not that great, but the staff was nice.

I chose Dr. Le because he accepted my insurance and ZocDoc listed him as having video/telehealth availability. In retrospect, I wasn't able to specify that I wanted a telehealth or video appointment, which is why I ended up calling the office prior to the appointment to clarify. This doc apparently does his remote appointments later in the day, which is fine but would have been nice to know when booking. The doctor's office was able to correct my appointment (type and time) on their end, but my ZocDoc profile still shows the original appointment that I booked through them (which apparently would have been in-person). ZocDoc note: there should be an option to choose the type of appointment if a doctor offers in-person as well as remote, and their remote availability should be listed separately when booking. This would help the patients as well as the doctors' offices for scheduling and other logistical reasons.
My telehealth appointment with Dr. Le was very thorough and informative. I was a new patient for him and he made sure to gather all necessary information and history in order to diagnose and treat my condition. He explained everything very well and listened to everything that I needed to say. I could tell that he was a busy man, but I still felt that he was efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and thorough. I will definitely book future visits with him remotely (I live too far away for in-person).

Walking clinic - take longer than appointments. Waiting time is kinda long but he is a great doctor. I have been with him than 20 years. He is very nice, try to listen, understand my situations. Insurance and referral sometimes mess up.
