What is the point of making an appointment if one has to wait almost 60 minutes to be call in, another 10 for taking the vitals, and then wait another 10 minutes for the provider. I wasted about one hour of my time waiting to be called in when I had made an appointment. What is the point? The provider would bill you as a "No show" for not showing up to the appointment. Yet, they have no problem making you wait one hour after you had made an appointment.
