I like the provider I was seen by; however, I do not like the fact that I always have to wait to be seen. I was there at 9:30 am my appt. was at 9:45 am. A lady came in after me and her appt was at 10 am she was seen before me. I was not called to the back until 9:55 and didn't get seen by the doctor until 10:10. This is not the first time, the have been late. They are ALWAYS running behind. I don't feel like the doctors in the office value their patients time nor are considerate of their time. I do not necessarily like how they let the receptionist call the patients with test results and if the patient has questions, we have to call and schedule an appt. The doctor should call the patient just in case the patient has questions.

It's been a while since I could find a provider who actually took the time to care for me and listen to my concerns. Dr. Coral has incredible bedside manners and is overall gentle and professional. Would very much recommend.

The receptionist was very unprofessional, and honestly appeared dazed and confused. She did not recognize the doctors name I had an appointment with. I had to show her my appointment screen shot from Zoc Doc. I asked her to cancel my appointment and she shrugged her shoulders, adding that extra gesture to express she didn’t care.
