The receptionist was very unprofessional, and honestly appeared dazed and confused. She did not recognize the doctors name I had an appointment with. I had to show her my appointment screen shot from Zoc Doc. I asked her to cancel my appointment and she shrugged her shoulders, adding that extra gesture to express she didn’t care.
