Chiropractic adjustments are safe and effective. I have helped many patients with stenosis, arthritis, back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, allergies, and constipation. This is achieved through the removal of pinched nerves, which cause irritation to the spinal nerves and adversely affect the body’s organ systems. We do not claim to cure these problems. With the removal of pinched nerves, the body’s innate ability to heal itself is increased and thus these problems can get better.
I use many safe and very gentle effective techniques for my patients.

The doctor was nice and friendly, patiently took time to know my problems.
He gave advices accordingly and shown exercises to get better.
Maybe expectation was too high, I was expecting for a little more to ease my pain for the first time.
Grateful anyway for Dr. Proffman for being a caring doctor.
