Dr. Michael Watins is living his dream of becoming a chiropractor. At an early age, he experienced the benefits of chiropractic, which inspired his choice of profession. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
Dr. Watins is a dedicated member of the American Chiropractic Council and the New York Chiropractic Association. I don’t have enough good things to say about Dr. Watins and everyone else who assisted me today. I felt so comfortable, heard, and feel relief in the fact they didn’t rush to adjust me. They ordered additional tests to see if there are any root causes for my pain prior to making adjustments that could potentially cause more pain or mask underlying injuries or issues. Don’t hesitate to book your consult!

Dr Watins is an amazing chiropractor. He is very experienced, knew exactly what to do and has great observation, communication and treatment skills. Fantastic bedside manner. Appointment felt rushed, especially for an initial intake. Front desk staff was lovely, and Dr, Watins was pleasant enough but he spent half of my appointment stepping back and forth between myself and a second patient. His assessment felt "one-size-fits-all" and didn't address my situation directly, barely glanced over the imaging info I sent over saying he'd review before my next appointment. Office seemed a little pushy to get me on the calendar for the next one. I didn't receive any adjustments, just a few minutes with a TENS unit, am not sure whether it's worth going back.

Great experience as someone who worked in a medical field. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Watins were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Watins really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Came for neck and back pain. I come every after a 12 hours shift. Every adjustment is glorious and I come out like a new person.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I was having problems with my insurance information and they went out of their way to help me figure it out. Dr. Watkins was very knowledgeable and professional with a great bedside manner. He was patient, answered all my questions, and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. As far as COVID precautions, he wipes down the furniture in the room between each patient. Overall, great office and doctor. Would recommend.

Since I got injured in 2007 with a severe concussion, I have seen an endless number of doctors, and only a few of them have actually helped me because it is so complicated. To be honest, it did surprise me when I started seeing results with the problems I have with my back. I went from having a terrible posture to now being able to stand up straight. Because I was in a horrible condition when I first went to see Dr. Watins, he made sure to go gentle on me which included not cracking my back at first but only doing mild adjustments till I was ready for the more heavy adjustments. It also helped me that his clinic has a physiotherapist and a medical doctor affiliated who where able to diagnose me with a pinched nerve and also help me build up strength by giving me exercises.
Overall, Dr. Watins and his team are an all-around great group of doctors and It is rare to find a chiropractor who cares that much about his patients as Dr. Watins does. I therefore give him my highest recommendation, and I have already recommended them to some of my friends.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Watins and his colleagues and even followed up the next day to see how I am doing, once again making himself readily available via cellphone for anything I may need anytime of day. Really loved visiting Dr Watins. He was incredibly professional and really took the necessary time with me to evaluate. I went in for extreme neck and upper back pain and instead of just diving right in (which is what I experienced with most chiropractors) he gently evaluated me and did what he felt was necessary to help me in that moment. He also addressed another issue I had that I asked about later in the visit that I have had problems with for the past year. Will definitely be going back for all future adjustments and pain.

My first visit was pretty standard. Spoke with the receptionist (very friendly) and filled out paperwork. She asked me to have a seat and I think I must've waited about 5 minutes before Dr. Lewis came out to greet me. He took photos which were later used to show my alignment and asked several questions to get a better idea of what was wrong. When we finished, he asked me to lay down and did a few tests to see if I felt any pain. Once that was done, he wanted me to get an X-ray. He filled out the paperwork, handed it to me and off I went.
The lab is actually in the same building but the way its setup requires you to go around the block to the other entrance. The lab work took about 20 minutes and the information is sent over to their offices right away.
I went in for a followup and met with Dr. Watins this time. He asked a few questions and gave me a run-down on what he believed the issue was. He started me on therapy right away. Once he finished, i could feel the improvements. I felt looser, lighter and I had more mobility. Its been about 4 hours since and I'm feeling even better. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here.
