While I get the sense that it is normally a well-run, organized medical office, my first visit was a bit rough. It was mostly due to technical difficulties which impacted most of their regular operations. Took an hour for me to see the doctor. Unfortunately I was too impatient by then to really appreciate her bedside manner but I can tell she's a genuinely caring and intelligent doctor.

I think they should attend to the patients more. and not just focus on office staff, although understanding the circumstances, I think they should have been more accommodating towards the patients that have been waiting there for over an hour. I think less time chit chatting with other patients, and trying to keep the wait time as close to the appointment time as possible... I think all tools (if needed) should be set out and ready to go in the patients room for the doctor, before sending the patient there, to avoid not being able to find it, and causing more delay... otherwise, i like the staff and the doctor.. But timing and sufficiency is always important.

Bad .. Lot of attitude and needs to learn how to talk to other people
She comes close to an hour and fifteen mins late and not even a simple sorry.
The last time I cancelled my appointment for a physical and she started yelling at me on the phone also accusing me of troubling the doctors by not taking timely physicals and later coming to her with ailments .. As if she really cared what happens to me.
In all my previous appointments she has never been even close to half an hour the scheduled time , and spends less than 5 mins talking to me (not to mention she is the only person speaking) . She even refused to explain what is the procedure she was conducting on me (because she is the only smart person around).
Worst of all , once I was in terrible pain unable to even move and so I called her to reschedule the appointment so that I could get some help to drop me to her clinic. But true to her vintage style she was rude downright to the core and refused to even change the appointment time by even 5 mins. I had to reach there all by myself and as always she came 40 mins late to see me.
JUST STAY AWAY .. You will find any number of doctors who will at least speak to you without looking down upon you

I had to wait an hour and twenty minutes for a 5 minute appointment. Why schedule an appointment if your not going to even come to close to hitting the schedule.The lady in front didn't seem to care and was texting on her phone while I asked what was taking so long.
Bad service overall and she didn't even know my name when I walked in. She thought I was another patient. Seems more interested in cash then establishing long term relationships with patients.
Hey Doc if u treat people well you will make cash. Don't put profits before people. Not efficient overall. Would not recommend.

I was very disappointed. I had an 9:45am appointment and she didn't even show up to the office until 10:30. She did not apologize or even acknowledge that she was late. She gave me very generic advice and then sent me on my way.

The check in lady and nurse seems clueless and is not too professional. Dr. Patel on the other hand was very professional, thorough, and articulate. She explained to me my situation and more.

The wait time was way too long. I already filled out my information online. Unfourtunately, the print-out they have showed unreadable fonts/characters so I needed to fill out the form again.

I was very surprised with this doctors behavior/personality. I have always had a good experience with previous doctors and really look up to them for their advice. Mittal Patel however, is very unprofessional, childish in fact. She spent over 20 minutes talking about herself, her credentials, her experience. She came across as being overly concerned with telling me about her qualifications rather than doing her job. I almost forgot for a second that I was the patient needing her help. She went on and on about her frustrations with insurance companies and past patients in the first 2-3 minutes that I met her. Her behavior was bizarre. Had I read all the yelp reviews about her before going to her, I wouldn't have seen her. I was supposed to do a followup visit along with some tests after but will not be going to her again. I would be absolutely embarrassed to recommend her to anyone.

While there was a very long wait time, the doctor explained that it was due to other patients who had urgent needs who had been fitted in. I had myself, taken my mother with an urgent appt as she was quite sick. However, we understood the doctor's explanation and the care my mother received was excellent. She came away feeling much better than when she went in.

The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and I have a high degree of confidence in her. While there was an initial mix-up with my appointment being double-booked, I liked the front office/medical assistant and the general atmosphere in the office.

Dr Patel was very helpful and accommodating. I had a bad infection that didn't kick in until Friday night. I was able to schedule a next day appointment on a Saturday. She was super helpful and really believed in helping patients. I am very thankful that they were open Saturday and able to see me.

I showed up on the wrong day and they were still able to quickly accomidate me. Dr. Patel was very helpful and has a great bedside manner. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and people in the waiting room can overhear at least some of what is being said in the exam room.

I came here because my last primary physician didn't seem to care about me - would never even call me back! To me, especially with health issues, that is unacceptable. But that was NOT the case here!! Not only was I seen immediately, but Dr. Patel (and staff) genuinely care about me and my health. She listened, provided great advice and medical attention... and helped me find a "game plan" that is just right for me. I have a feeling that I'm going to be very happy, and well taken care of, here... and would highly recommend this office to anyone!

SHE IS AMAZING! Right away I felt like I could talk to her about anything. She really does put her heart into her practice and it reassures me that I am in the hands of a PHENOMENAL doctor. Within the first couple minutes she explained to me that she treats her patients like family and that she wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. She was much more concerned about my well being than most doctors I have visited. We found solutions to every problem I had right away. She truly does care and you can hear it in her voice. I have no complaints! She is by far one of the best doctors I have seen! Try her out, I highly recommend it! (:

Wants to help, but is somewhat brusque and makes a lot of excuses. Waited almost 2 hours for my appointment despite telling her of time constraints previously. I only had to go over blood work for less than 15 minutes. All in all, not happy but I will probably return because she already knows the nature of my issues and is more thorough than my previous doctor.
