Whitney Stannard is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant who believes every patient deserves care that is both clinically excellent and deeply personal. She strives to make each visit a partnership, where patients feel listened to, understood, and empowered in their health journey.
Whitney earned her B.A. in Biology from Willamette University, followed by dual Master’s degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Public Health from Tufts University. She then completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Stanford University.
Her background blends rigorous medical training with a holistic approach that recognizes health as the balance of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. At the appointment the doctor said she would send me a prescription. I asked her multiple times, directly, “so the next step is you’ll send in this prescription and I’ll go pick it up,” and she said yes. When I went to the pharmacy, they said they had not gotten anything called in for me. I had to call and text the doctor’s office. Then someone called me back, but they couldn’t actually help me and put me on hold for a while. When I finally got through to the office, they had strange excuses and incorrect explanations that had nothing to do with what I had discussed with the doctor. I did not appreciate how I was treated or spoken to at this practice.

Whitney was fantastic. She had great bedside manner and genuinely seemed to care about me as a person, not just a patient, even though of course we had just met. I was seeking relief from months-long, persistent sinus issues. She listened carefully to all of my concerns and was able to not just recommend a medication to stymie my symptoms, but a course of action to hopefully stop the problems at the root and keep them from re-occurring. The staff from the beginning was really nice and friendly. I was seen as soon as I checked in. The MA was very friendly and competent. The provider was friendly made me feel very comfortable through out my visit. Did not feel rushed at all. All my questions were answered. I really enjoyed my visit.

I saw Whitey Standard, PA who was excellent!! I saw she had high reviews, and I was not disappointed when I went to see her! She addressed all my concerns and was very knowledgeable on my issues I brought up. She also brought up good ideas to check on after she reviewed my family health history. I hadn't had a physical in many yrs due to I never found a doctor that I liked after mine retired. I can't say how happy I was driving home, now that I have found someone that I actually felt comfortable with and respected.
