Dr. Kagzi really helped me out. Had a terrible infection for several weeks and after seeing him, infection was gone within a matter of 2-3 days. Would highly recommend!

The doctor was really nice. The staff on the other hand was rude and not patient orientated. Received a opened CPAP mask and did not contain all the parts I had to keep coming back. The staff argued that I had what I needed even though I showed them the packaging clearly showing all contents that should be included and was charged more than what I was originally quoted for the CPAP. Since I did not receive a bill for over 2 months and that I had to call them to request a bill I could not return and purchase elsewhere.

Today he was very busy and seemed rushed. RX's were sent to Walgreens but never received. Called his office and receptionist said she would fax it to them. As of 8pm Walgreens still did not receive! This is an issue with this office. Dr is great but office staff very poor!!!!!

Very nice and through. Got done in in a good amount of time but did not rush. Negative side - when I got home I noticed I was given the wrong paperwork. I was given someone else's paperwork and did not get mine, which is a referral for physical therapy.

I was not feeling well and I made an appointment to see the doctor. The staff was very nice to me and they took me right away in a room to wait for Dr. Kagzi. But when he came in and saw me, he gave me a very ugly look, and in a stern voice said "what are you doing here?" I said I am sick, and he said "you need to stop coming here because your insurance doesn't pay me, stop coming here". I am 73 years old and on social security medicare, if there was a problem why did he not just call, he instead thrusted a stick down my throat in an awful manner, then said "leave, there is nothing wrong with you!" He did not give me my blood or urine results and they way he treated me that I came home crying and told my daughter, she advise me to report him and she will do the same. I will never come back here again.

I really like working with Dr. Kagzi because he asks a lot of very good questions to get to the nature of my problem. He always seems very engaged and interested in my case and I am confident Dr. Kagzi will have left no stone unturned no matter the outcome.
Everyone in the office are very nice and helpful. It is a pleasant place to go.

At 41 years old I've had different physicians in my time. Dr Kagzi is at the top of the list. He truly has a passion for his practice and care of others. He has gone the extra mile for me and my wife. We appreciate having him as our family physician and are very grateful. He has been there when needed, including helping with medications for international travel and or referrals. We will continue to as patients while we are living in Illinois.

First appointment with Dr. Kagzi was fine. I felt he was kind and thorough. Second appointment was horrible. He came in the room and asked me who i was which was awkward. He had no idea who I was or why I was there or what he was about to tell me before he got on his computer. I understand, doctors are busy. Then he dropped a diagnosis on me. No explanation at all. Then he said which treatment do you want, a or b? There was no description of how serious the condition is or even what it was, like he just expected me to know what the condition is to begin with. He didn't give me any time for questions. The whole visit felt like 2 minutes. Then he sent a second man in to go over the cost of treatment which I appreciate. But the second man argued with me over which treatment I chose from discussing it with my doctor and basically told me my doctor didn't give me the whole story. Then as we were going over cost I told him "I'm processing this, it's a lot of money." And he said "REALLY? That's a lot of money to you?" I told him that was incredibly rude and immediately left. I called his office a bit later and asked them to email me my results. She said she would and never did. Now I'm left to Google all the questions I would have had for my doctor had I been given the chance.
