The doctor asked me the same questions as the form, googled treatments in front of me, and never looked me in the eye. I was also in for a similar treatment as past visits to another clinic and was given a different treatment and forced to make a follow up visit... not looking forward to the visit.

My experience with Northwest Medical has been fabulous. I had a medical problem about two years ago and I called Northwest Medical and they scheduled me immediately and Doctor Khamis took care of me and my problem was solved within an hour with medication. I just had a check-up the other day and can not get over the excellent expertise of this Doctor and his staff!

The doctor was very nice, has very good bedside manners and knowledge. He took his time to discuss my medical issues and explained to me in details all the possible diagnoses and gave me assurance about my health. H also explained the treatment plan. His urgent care staff were great. The place is clean and warm environment. I highly recommend this doctor and the medical center. If I need a follow up, this is the place I would like to go to.

It is hard to find a doctor that cares about their patient's well being and Dr. Khamis is definitely one of those doctors that truly care about his patients. Great bed side manners. Doctor was extremely late and they "lost" my appointment. Judging from the other reviews this happens a lot. Do not book. I guess there was a reason for all this open availability.

First off, their weighing scale seems off. The one who did the vitals was rude, unprofessional. The doctor dictated how I should live by telling me not to wear earplugs when sleeping and got too personal in questioning my life. I got preached to also. I was prescribed some medications that was not relevant to the problem I went there for in addition to the proper medication that was helpful, and this extra medication caused me to be ill, even though the doctor said there are no side effects. I left a message 3 days ago indicating my side effects, they have not gotten back to me yet. Not going back!

My visit was good. Because I made my appointment the day before with ZocDoc, the doctor didn't know that I was coming and was at another location. He drove all the way there just to see me. That was considerate.

I went for a quick checkup but waited continuously and was being hustled into taking unnecessary tests. The staff was short handed and they were overbooked and had to wait 30 minutes to even get weighed. The staff wasn't rude, however, I never felt like I was a priority either.

I left my second appt b4 seeing doc. I got tired of waiting. They didn't say they were sorry on my way out or call me to reschedule or anything. At my 1st appt he was on the phone more than with me.
