Molly Maeve was very nice and professional. I have a rather complicated history and she was very thorough. I would highly recommend her.
The receptionist was kind of abrupt but she got the job done.

The person doing the intake was either having a very bad day or is a very angry person. The RN was pleasant and competent, but spoke through me at times as if from a script. I left the appointment reasonable appeased but as time goes by I am less and less satisfied by the way in which my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. My expectations of this RN may have been compromised by the fact that I'd actually been trying to book an appointment with one of the OB/GYN Drs who heads this health center, as she'd be specifically recommended to me by my primary care team. But as far as I could tell from website it was not possible to book an appointment with the Dr herself.
And one more thing, the amount of emails I received before the appointment was absurd (8 I think) and a text message.

Molly is a caring, knowledgable and very professional health practioner. She listens with great sympathy and acts with the patient's best interest in mind-- giving consideration to emotional and metal health as important parts of phycial well-being. She provides clear answers and makes a concerted effort to remove the stigma or taboo with important health topics. The women of New York city are lucky to have access to this kind of care.

Dr Molly is by far the best obgyn practioner I've ever seen. She's polity, sweet, and honest. A little annoying to travel down to Financial District but would do it to see her again.

The visit went well, there was nothing particularly special about it but definitely nothing bad. I went for an annual GYN exam, and it was very quick. I like that Molly has late hours, my appointment was at 6:30pm. She seemed willing to communicate with me via email or phone if I had any issues with the Rx that she gave me, which was nice. I did not feel rushed.

Luckily my schedule was flexible, because Maeve is fantastic. Though this was a standard annual appointment (or should be), I hadn't had mine in a while, and she took the time to talk me through everything, explain new options and was thorough in the exam. Highly recommended.
