Dr. Khan is a fantastic doctor! She is to-the-point, honest, and is obviously interested in informing and empowering her patients. She's not the chattiest person, but I go to a doctor for expert advice and care, not for a lady's luncheon.
She patiently answered all of my questions and made sure she understood what she was doing in understandable language, covering the causes of glaucoma, stigmatism, and the way new eye imaging technology works.
She worked quickly and talked me through all of the steps of the exam, so I new what was being measured.
Finally, she kept my best interests at heart - not only making sure that pupil dilation wouldn't be a problem for work later in the day, but also not pushing unnecessary products.
Instead of suggesting expensive cleansing solutions, she offered safe, effective O.T.C. alternatives. Instead of saying I needed new lenses because of a small change in the axis of my astigmatism, she suggested I keep my prescription the same so I wouldn't cause my eyes more stress. Finally, she and her assistant made sure to keep copies of my prescription on file so that I could easily call in contacts without having to have the numbers in front of me.
I will certainly recommend her to everyone I know. What a wonderful doctor!

Our practice is committed to providing you with the best eye care experience. We treat a wide variety of ocular problems including glaucoma, diabetes, and cataracts. Dr Khan performs the latest no stitch cataract surgery at two surgical locations. In addition we perform refractions (check) for glasses and contacts.
