Dr. Chopra was very friendly, and professional. She clearly answered every question I had. The staff was also friendly, and assisted me promptly. They gave me a call the day before my appointment to help me prepare for my visit so that I could be seen right away. However, I did not feel rushed while there. I feel comfortable coming to this clinic and I am glad that I chose Dr. Chopra.

Although the previous patient took more of my time than planned, I waited a long, long, time before she was able to see me. I understand this patient needed a lot of care and it took her a long time to see me, and I understand, since this was my first visit. Hopefully, it does not happen again. I think she was very professional, but it is hard to tell on a first visit.

I was very happy with my visit with dr. Chopra and am looking forward to working with her. She was friendly, and competent, and seems to really care about the patient. My only complaint is one staff member that was a little bit rude, but overall, I’m happy with my visit today.

She seemed nice and didn't mention anything to me about my weight, then when I saw her notes later, she had written a lot of notes about me being morbidly obese & needing a diet plan, but had never said anything to be about it. She also wrote something about me needing a screening for malignant neoplasm of the cervix when I had said my breast. She didn't seem to believe anything I was saying about my diagnoses, either.
It was a very frustrating experience.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Chopra. She listened to all of my concerns and immediately jumped into action getting labs and an ultrasound scheduled. I’ve never had a dr want to figure out what’s going on with me so quickly. She was very courteous and thorough. Great bedside manner and very efficient and most of all, kind.
