This was my first time at this office. I had a problem that was unexpected over the weekend. Dr. Monte Jones was super nice. He was very caring, helped me to understand what was happening and made me feel at ease talking to him. He does have a great bedside manner. I would definitely come back to the office. I didn't wait long to be seen which was very helpful why I was uncomfortable.

Dr. Monte Jones was very kind and gentle while I was going through my miscarriage after a car accident. I am glad I have him as my new primary care doctor. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and the nurses were very empathetic and kind as well!

I was a first time patient to this practice. The facility itself was very clean and organized. I was the only patient waiting, so I am assuming thats why I was seen right away. Overall, the doctor was easy and straight to the point. He diagnosed my issue within 10 seconds (not sure if it was just easy to tell, or lack of time he wanted to spend with me). Not very talkative, but not rude by any means. I'll continue to go there for the time being!

My first visit with Dr Jones was a pleasant experience and very professional. He checked out all of my concerns and I left feeling he treated me very good. The front office staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and kind. The assistant that does the vitals is very thorough and pleasant.

He was very rude and wrote me off and came in to the room said very little to me and then left. the wait was about 45 mins and then he was in the room with me a totle of 5 mins before he said he was sending me to a different doc as a referral and didnt even do anything and stayed the whole time across the room

DR Monte Jones spent less than 5mn with me. He was quite dismissive. I felt like he was more concerned with getting out of there than diagnosing me. When I asked a few questions he was dismissive and said a nurse could answer questions. The nurse didn't have much time for me either, just gave me a prescription and showed me the door. I will not go back and don't recommend anybody else going here either.
